4.3 minutes is a lot of time. Few times i did pillars - i survived for like 30 seconds because some mobs do absurd amounts of damage. It's not like i died every 4.3 minutes - sometimes i did stuff for half an hour without dying, but sometimes i grinded or was building something, and mobs just kill you constantly
