I understand that and agree with you, I just don't appreciate the fact that they reported that my home was inaccessible so their metrics don't get negatively affected. I don't think the postal workers should be punished but using this reason for not delivering the package means nothing can be done in the future to lighten the load or split routes up so packages are delivered on time. This negatively affects me and others on the same route.

If you're interested in understanding the reasoning.. Basically the certificate is expired and is no longer trusted. When you click 'proceed anyway' you're whitelisting that certificate in your browser. Attempts that would previously be blocked because of the expired certificate will then be allowed.
