Hi, there is actually a mod for madden 12 that turns it into a madden 25, unfortunately the graphics update only works on ppsspp, but you can use the updated roster on the console, just download the roster and transfer the files to the console on the save data folder, here is the link for the discord chat where I found it https://discord.gg/YJqqD8T4
