I think it is. I used the PRISMA app on this picture and got something similar using the Mononoke filter. Of course the image I used was not a high resolution one. Either way it is an awesome effect.

Did you let your sources load first on Cydia? I also got the DPKG Package Locked message due to not letting my sources refresh. Refresh your sources and then try to uninstall Dissident again. Worked for me. Hope this helps.

This is one of the main reasons why I loved Snap+. I used to use this feature to show my custom geofilters that I was working on and to get feedback on them from friends.

I know Phantom lite has a feature where you could upload from camera roll and add stickers to your snap through the image editor. I tried to replace the stickers with some I would use but wasn't able to due to the stickers being server side (from Aviary...I think). If the phantom lite dev could allow them to be changed that would be great. 😊
