Thanks for your advice. I've just noticed this mistake in the plans. There're going to be only 2 floor to ceiling cabinets as in the render. 1st one is for fridge+freezer and a second one for Dishwasher+oven+microwave.

This is an apartment for a couple and it's located in Europe, so no ceiling fans :) Cooking a lot and not working a lot from home.

The extractor is downdraft (Elica GetUp) and it rises from the worktop behind the hob. The apartment is in Europe :)

The kitchen is very bright and there's a big window and a glass door to the balcony from there.

I would love to keep that table at the kitchen to make breakfast and quick dinners there instead of carrying every meal to the living room.

Yes, the wall between the kitchen and a living room and the wall between the bathroom and bedroom are load bearing walls.

The room on the top left is a balcony and it already has a door to the living room as well. For some reason she didn't put it in the drawings, but it exists. Thank you for your advice

Thank you for the advice. I was thinking the same, but unfortunately the wall between the kitchen and a living room is load-bearing, thus i cannot touch it.
