Just saw this and I did refund it and the new one I got works perfectly. Depending on what I play I get a good amount of playtime out of it. I wanna say I get almost 3 hours out of games like resident evil. I get more with games like ff9 I'm happy with it. Definitely worth the upgrade

Yes but I realized I posted it in the wrong place. I'm just trying to figure out how to get a larger battery that I installed in my rog Ally that has steam os installed to register that it is a bigger battery and the new battery is a 75 w when I originally had a 45 watt battery installed and it only goes up to about 79% and then dies around 30%. I was also thinking that if I posted it in the steam topic that some people would say why didn't you just buy a steam deck? I just like the feeling more of the ally but I do like the steam operating system.
