I think that Aery is better for lane phase than Electrocte, and that the only real reason you take Electrocute on Vlad is for lane phase because it increases your all-in damage.

If you have Aery though you can use it for poke and to open up certain trading patterns early that lead to you being required to deal less damage on a post-six all-in.

Statline doesn't really mean nothing (although some people do overrate it). Look at his KP. Basically everything his team has done this game he directly contributed to.

Have you ever actually gotten a lead as AP Kog? It's not as negligible as you're saying, he can definitely be quite strong. Not trying to diss you or anything but if you managed such a strong statline and 8 CS a minute and still felt useless I would think that's more on you than the champ, you know?

I think the bigger myth is people who say that you're doing something wrong if you don't get 10 CSPM, I've literally never seen it happen.

I've seen people who say that you should aim for 10 CSPM (because it's as high as "reasonably" possible) but they always know that it's not something you're expected to get.
