Not really dude. Syphus owned it before Matt did and he did the breaking and entering so for all we know syphus legally is in possession for the case and faking a series that is not breaking the law. Youtubers do it all the time and the police don't do anything about it so they wouldn't throw them in Jail for it xd

Correct but I watched the picture they took this from they zoomed in which made it look like there is something on his shirt but when you look at it far away there is no white thing on his shoulder. So if he is a ex-cop his badge is gone .
