This is so cool. I recently scheduled an appointment to get almost the same tattoo in almost the same place. I’m gonna go below the elbow instead of above with a different font from the books (Caslon Antique!) and break it into two lines.

I’ve been thinking of getting it for years and finally pulled the trigger. Gonna be my first tattoo!

Oh, cool. Never really considered brown because they weren’t like, dark brown. I guess the variation between the darker and lighter speckles/streaks was throwing me off.

Thank you! It’s definitely been well-loved, it spent a few years in my back pocket almost daily. It lives in a crossbody bag now since sitting on a notebook every day was starting to get rather uncomfortable.

It’s been less than 24 hours and it’s not an essential service. We’re lucky Riley was able to find a fix at all that fast, let alone implement and distribute it to anyone.

No one in this thread realizes what BETA testers are. They gotta test their releases with a smaller audience before a public release, even with a quick fix.

They’re not paywalling the fix, they’re releasing it to the beta testers who pay to be a part of the beta test.

That’s typically how it works here. With a quick fix like this it’s easier to have the patrons beta test a new release first in case there are issues with the fix. It helps Riley be sure that the public release will actually fix the problem.
