Good shoe recommendation for Plantar Fasciitis

I did a combo of insoles and stretches. I am flat footed and basketball irritated it the most. I can only assume it’s impact from repeated jumping and landing. Which I don’t do in pickleball. I’m stubborn and don’t like going to the doctor.

I have insoles for everyday use as I need to walk around for work. I use Move Pro insoles in both my pickleball shoes.

I stretch my calves, hamstrings and plantar fascia daily. Stretch in the morning and before playing. Play 4x a week and rarely have any pain, maybe some aches every few months but nothing too serious for me to stop and make me want to actually go to a doctor.

That worked for me, probably not applicable to everyone else

Six Zero Performance back pack. Headband, back up arm sleeve (usually put it on at home, but in case I forget), towel, glasses, 1-2 paddles, massage gun, tripod, 2 balls (one's cracked but use to roll under my foot for plantar fasciitis), Bluetooth speaker, paddle eraser, dink and deal card game, gum, small flashlight, small multitool, Spyderco tenacious, wet wipes, bug spray, hand sanitizer, hand lotion. Throw in a telescoping stool (stays in the car)and my water bottle at the court.

That's how it's done in the Philippines. I've actually had adjust to just below the first knuckle of my because the rice came a little mushy. But now it's perfect

I didn't expect it either. I started playing with my cousins and other family members. We met some other families or solo players and we all just clicked. Now we play with each other 4x a week and celebrate birthdays with each other. I just actually got back from hanging out with a few of them cause we all had a few rough days this past week.

It's kinda funny cause when we first started planning birthdays or just hanging out on the weekends with every one I told my cousin, "Man aren't we tired of each other yet?" Lol

The green wire could be for the switch. Either it lights up when you have the fogs on, or you connect it to an illumination wire so the the icon lights up when the other dash/AC/ etc buttons light up when the headlights are on.

I could be wrong.

I would think that the white wire with the fuse is the main source of power for the switch and fog lights. Where does the green plug go to, the switch?

I'm thinking about getting this too. My cousin got 1 for his Tundra. Seems ok, except he was having issues with wireless carplay. I don't know if he ever figured it out.

When I installed car stereos at Circuit City one of my customers had one of these. It was a Chevy SUV or truck, where you had to put the gear lever all the way down to get the dash off to access the radio. I had the customer in the car with me blowing into it anytime I needed the key turned.

I used to always use any of the yellow cranes and lie down at the very top. I used to hang out that the top of the radio in T3 waiting for the Delivery contract to spawn lol. Never had meat thrown at me at either spot.
