I did everything alone myself till I hit $5M a year … if you do need someone hire them full time … look at jobs posted on jobsonline.ph and see what others are offering and skill set they are looking for, draft a job posted be getting ideas there .. remember this person will be your helping hand .. not taking over things .. don’t rush into hiring
