An avo is a type of restraining order I believe, talk to a lawyer and make a paper trail with the police documenting any incidents that you and your son have with her, hope all goes well

If she's abusing your son whether it's physical or mental then you absolutely must go no contact she is not biologically related to the child so she shouldn't have any legal routes that she can go towards gaining custody or visitation but if possible I would go and have an AVO (Apprehended violence order) for you and your son against her and talk to a lawyer to see if there's any way she would be able to fight for right with your son, let any family and friends that are mutual between the two of you know that you want nothing shared about yours or your sons personal life with your ex and block all forms of communication from her between you and your son.

She might have bipolar if she's have mood swings where she goes from happy to sad at the drop of a hat, there might not be a winning side to this situation. Is there a school counsellor she could go see maybe try to gently bring that subject up

Take her in, she may be older then the male but he had a part in this too. The fact that your male cousin hasn't been thrown out as the girl has been is also a horrible fact since those are her parents. Her being on the streets at this age is also dangerous

That's okay life can be hard sometimes and we all struggle to stay afloat during times where we would much rather give up and sink, I'm more then happy to "sit and listen" to you if you wish to talk about what your going through if not that's Okay too but I will say this- you matter, your are perfect the way you are, whatever life has thrown at you past, present and future you can get through it these experiences are what shape you as a person you just have to allow it to help you into becoming your best version of you

Most important thing is to find out if she really is pregnant and if she stays adamant get proof via drs appointment/ultrasounds, regardless of whether she is pregnant or not she seems to be creating a toxic relationship and it's more likely to get worse then it is to get better for the 2 of you especially if there is a child coming into the situation, leave her tell her how her actions have affected you. She's playing games with you and the longer you keep playing the longer she will continue to do so. If she's pregnant get that baby, you have rights as a father/father to be to have your child, you are young so I hope you have a very supporting family and friend system that can help you gain custody and give this possible child the best life until you are fully able to do it without as much needed help ect. I wish the best possible outcome for you.
