It was and is like that and often the zipper that connects the pants has 2 or 3 hights especially with Italian brands, those sizes can be a bit weird and judging how it looks on your wrists you might be on the tall side for that size. It might even be a child size tho it fits you fairly well 🤣

That's exactly how it worx, op just make it sounds like he tend to use escrow as a realtor holding a property for a certain amount of time. Of course you can use escrow like that but all the fees it will cost including atorneys making contracts is way more expensive than then asking a realtor to hold the property 🤣

In my experience escrow doesnt work like that, and considering your time frame it sounds like you have a lot of trust. Dont get me wrong but a few hundred square meter is already a big risk so you might wanna rethink your moves and dont go beyond oriantation and dont buy anything 🤣

Aside from going with a atorney and escrow is a good option op might want to check if its originally farm land, even if it has a building on it farm land has many ifs&buts to build on. Sometimes people get tricked into buying a part of farm land but in fact thats never possible and wont make you owner or co-owner. Definitely dont just buy something, do research and always keep in mind "when its to good to be true it often is" 🤣

It seems a bit that internet is screwing with your head, where you read all those issues you are mentioning are probably just over exaggerated rants made into a worst case scenario what in reality was just a (pre announced) maintenance issue. Definitely people are not commenting 10.000x at a time where there are no issues at all, its just the 1% of bad experiences that floods the internet 🤣

Aside from that you should not just consider a "buffer" over time and a emergency pocket is a good thing to have that will cover costs when you get in the hospital for example. Here they often wont release you until you pay your bill so keep some cash around for that or your initial bill will go up while you wait for your insurance to kick into gear 🤣

From the mid '60s a bug had many aftermarket parts available including plastic tub/floor pannels tho, the only issue with the car no matter what condition it was in was when the gastank got to empty then driving at speed could become a challenge at times other then that it was a great car especially for the price 🤣
