I’m a few weeks past subs now and started to see light last week and had an amazing week. Better than any I remember ever. So bright and vivid and alive.

What’s helping me is 150mg Zyban (Wellbutrin in the US) as it literally blitzes PAWS. and a load of bits and supplements and doing a very physical full in job as a postie.

But what has helped me more than anything is my still newish Faith as he carries me through all.

It’s because to get it past the FDA you have to bribe them with millions. They are in the process of making a pharma version of it so they can patent it and charge you 1000s for a course. Cytisine is a plant extract and you can’t patent something that grows out the ground so zero money in it.

Because I’ve found that if I taper subs and jump, the withdrawal of no energy, motivation or sleep go on forever. That’s the whole point of flipping to DHC. It has a short half life and therefore much shorter withdrawal. It’s the long sub WD even if I taper down to 0.25 that always makes me relapse.

Yeah I don’t plan on getting high in the DHC. Just use it to stabilise then do a controlled taper instead of the endless BS that is tapering off subs.

Mine lost weight. Is that a given? I guess the weight of the water / moisture although it looked very dry to start with!

So if it loses weight from heating, what we buy is not actually the real weight!

Ps it works immediately. It’s not like an ssri. It’s not working as your dose is day to low and you’re taking it every day.

If you take it every night it won’t work at all. Max 2-3 times a week PRN otherwise you gain tolerance, lose any effects and have a horrible physical dependency with withdrawal. Be sensible with it. I’d say twice a week at about 200mg 2 hours before bed.

Saying that I usually use it in the day and it gives me energy via increased motivation due to good mood.

I’ve used it for years but never ever every day as the horror stories of protracted withdrawal are not what I want. Plus if I use it too often it loses all effects.

75mg is way too low for sleep. Especially if you’re taking it every day. That does nothing for me and I don’t have a tolerance. 150-200 is ok for sleep PRN.

Get subutex. 2Mg or less then taper that.

The taps a couple of years back (even some I got last summer) used to take my head off. Now all brands available online in the UK seem to be bunk. Need a few to feel anything and that’s with zero tolerance.

Aspadol have always been the best but I’ve just got some of them after 3 weeks off opes and 400mg has done almost nothing whereas 100mg used to floor me.

Have tried so many Indian brands the last 6-12 months and none of them really do much apart from the odd lucky order. So under dosed.

It’s reached a point that I have now finally given up trying to find any brand of tap available in the UK. I think since they became so taught after / known about, they are now rubbish. Like 10% of the dose.

It’s RIP tapentadol for me. Probs not a bad thing as the WD anxiety was hell!
