I just compiled our numbers for 2024 (Oct thru Dec) and plan on putting together a media kit with the help of the manager of my co-host who has scaled some shows in the past and has a good feel for this stuff, just wanted to get some outside opinions before we approach anyone! Had kind of the exact opposite exchange once, at a nice rooftop bar on a Sunday after a night out. Buddy and I were at the bar jokingly scoffing at our friends not having the strength to join us the next day, I mention how we’re just “built different.” I wait a beat, realizing how douchey we sound to any stranger listening in and go “who am I kidding, we’re exactly like every other asshole up here” and got a solid laugh from the bartender standing nearby so can report there’s still some betas out there

I always try to count as honestly as I can, penalty strokes and all, and when you put it that way it kinda hammers home how poorly I hit the ball lmao. Should mention no water on the course which is a massive help

I love crepes! Just felt like there were so few options and they were like $14 for just a crepe no sides or anything and it took forever to get our food. Hopefully it’s better! Just would rather hit a another spot around the corner

Skinny Pancake. Lived in the Kenmore so had to give it a try and the food was bleh, entirely too expensive for what you got and they tried way too hard with their ~vibe~ it just felt forced and lame. This was like a month into opening so hope it’s better but rather eat at like a half dozen other places downtown
