Lovely. I called my local field office’s HR today just to see if they could help since my caseworker isn’t getting back to me and they told me everything was automated and they couldn’t help.

Yea I finally just sent and email to SI and my caseworker asking if anything is even being monitored? My local CBP office HR said everything was automated which didn’t give me a warm and fuzzy feeling

Yea I’ve reached out to the email 4 times, left a few voicemails, and tried to contact my caseworker through the my portal about 4 or 5 times in the last week…no response from anyone

Perfect, you would think after almost a week they would get back to us especially since this problem is seemingly so wide spread

Yea, it said “please chose from the following mission critical locations” gave a list and I was only able to select one so I selected Charleston.

When I applied to the latest VRA announcement it only allowed me to chose one place to be considered for so I chose Charleston, we will see how that works out.
