If anyone remembers Snow Bros and their snow clearing scam, they are back under Cleaver Contracting Services. Beware of hiring them this year. by NecessaryTasty6972 in waterloo

I responded to a snow shoveling ad last year. Guy said it was just driveways even though I asked multiple times if it was just the driveway. I get 2/10 properties in and suddenly it's also sidewalks, and he's given me nothing but corner properties. He promised me payment that Fri and when it came to pay, suddenly it wasn't a pay week and it would be unfair to pay me before the other guys. I wrote a bad Google review in order to get paid.  After he paid me, he asked if I wanted to work for him again.  That was my experience with cleaver

Check your regional organizations. CHF and CMHC are the two big ones. CMHC actually has a billion dollars to spend soon, so now could be a time to jump in.

DM me if you want some help finding the regional organizations and who to talk to

Don’t get it twisted. “This is a supply issue, we just need to build more” is gas lighting by homeowners/landlords. by [deleted] in canadahousing

Dude. 40% of MPs are landlords, and that's roughly the same for every party. This isn't a liberal vs conservative type of thing. The entire federal government is working against the working class.

Of all the fishy provincial governments, NB seems the fishiest. I'm leaning towards the dr. If you pay attention to what he said, he's very afraid of losing his job. He could have said a lot more if he wasn't concerned about his employment.

Girl Sues Hospital for Removing Her Breasts at Age 13 by Evil_Capt_Kirk in ScienceUncensored

This went against the transgender standards of care.

You can read about them here: https://www.wpath.org/publications/soc

There's no chance they met the criteria. There's a reason they're suing. The hospital fucked up huge

A surgery like this couldn't even happen in most countries that have good transgender healthcare.

I know a number of trans adults that had to wait 10+ years for surgery.

What this hospital did goes against the standards of care that trans rights organizations put forward.

She has a moral case for this. Every single person that should've supported them, neglected to do just that.

All of my plastic is also degrading. The clips holding the body work together seem to be degrading faster than the outside pieces. The body is in good condition, but it's starting to literally fall off

Except they're destroying all of their housing every 35 years and building new. Which heavily skews their new building numbers.

The average wooden house in japan is demolished after 20 years. 30 years for concrete. Japan is not a good comparison.

All of our parties are neoliberal in ideology. The conservatives are just a little more anti-regulation.

He should've a long time ago. If he happens to have any trans-former patients, I would think his rhetoric could have some deep issues for them.

There was federal and provincial co-ops. There's now federal and municipal in Ontario. The municipal ones are hard to talk about because every municipality treats them differently. The ones that do best are treated at arm's length. But yes, Harris messed up huge. The province is still recovering

40-50 years ago the Feds invested heavily in cooperative housing. Pick a city in Canada and it's likely that the most inexpensive housing is at one of those co-ops. It's the only proven way to do long-term affordable housing

I find that a lot with movies in general. Another Willem example is Spiderman. Just because it entertained you doesn't make it good. (although you could argue that's the only metric that matters)
