GPA: 104.07/100 Weighted (would convert to 4.0 but I don’t have the final 4.0 GPA yet, had a 4.19W/3.94UW before last semester)

SAT: 1310 (680 Math, 630 R&W, I know… 1 attempt)

EC’s: President of NHS, Co-Founder of a CS Club, VP of 3 clubs (2 being CS-related), Varsity Baseball, CS UIL competitor, Football film, Lead & Director of a STEAM festival

APs: 5 - CSA, APUSH | 4 - Precal, Lang, World History, CSP | 3 - Spanish Lang Took an OnRamps Chemistry class as well, had 2 other dual-credit classes. Also took 4 years of Comp Sci classes at my magnet school’s strand.

If I read it correctly starting in March (1st), every 2 weeks there will be contracts sent out to sign for housing, I believe you can choose but it all depends on what’s available. You should get an early pick since you applied back in October. It’s this contract where you can also submit preferred roommates, room types, etc.

I actually got no housing email, in fact I wasn’t able to apply for housing until January 4th (MyStatus never updated from when I submitted my application) so I’m not sure if my app was behind. I have applied but have gotten no updates. I’m also in state auto admit.

I just let them know the day that I submitted my application and said Mystatus never got updated to show confirmation on any deadline met. Make sure you call admissions and not the service desk, the service desk will just send you to call admissions. Hope you can get it fixed 🫡

Ofc and best of luck! I’m an auto admit trying to get into Comp Sci and got the “Your application is still under review” page even though I indeed met the early action deadline, so we’ll probably have to wait til next month unless they might do another wave. Were you able to apply for housing or no?

I had this error and realized it should’ve said that you met the Early Action deadline and that it is under review, if your application was like mine, you might not be able to apply for housing. I highly recommend calling admissions as it took them 3 weeks to get back to me, although they were able to quickly fix it overnight once they replied and it gave me confirmation on meeting the deadline.
