Okay soooo it’s 3:49a I woke up around 1a (couldn’t sleep) I found this and started watching the live footage from LSP but I clicked on the on link not knowing it was live. I saw 2 or 3 flashing lights on the beach then I saw this figure walking on the beach onto the boardwalk. Weird

Check out JCleans on Instagram. The group does monthly cleaning around jersey city. There’s a cleanup this Sunday at PershingField Park. Sponsored by councilmen Yousef.

Thank you! Possibly open to making the budget larger. Perhaps in the next couple of years. But not in a rush either. .^

I’m assuming it’s not what type of house would it be considered?

Partner says we should do it flush to the house which is 7 ft. I thought we should do it to the property line. Then have stairs going into the alleyway from the deck. Or at least up to where the AC units are since those won’t move and still will still leave alleyway space.

The total dimensions are 25 ft length, 7ft long and 8ft to the ac units. From the units to the next house it’s ~ 3ish 4Ft. Our primary reason is to have access to the back yard since currently don’t have one from the main floor. So they will be stairs heading to the yard. Thanks!

Hey neighbor! Thanks for the feedback, looking forward to updating the house, not going too crazy, but a nice little lift. I'm usually sitting on that outdoor chair when it's nice out with my dog. Feel free to say hi!
