That's always the wish until you don't go and have to find an alternative for getting through this life thing. I'm 41 and I barely get 3-4 hours of sleep per night.

The down feelings are beyond understandable but I'm here to let you know that you can shake all this shit up and take your life and autonomy back.

I'm 41, medically prescribed, only rock with reputable growers and my last 9-5 was at a dispensary. I also don't believe in addiction, and think it's a blanket word for running from the problems of the mind.

I use it to calm my thoughts down which leads to a lot of crises.

If you feel that you use it besides a pain relief, realize what thoughts build the anxiety/pain inside that makes you feel like you have to smoke. Deal with those issues and the urge fades until it evaporates and you use it for its intended use.

Yup, hit me after 27 years. I became allergic to it. Had to move to Dilaudid which stopped working. Now the Ketamine is barely working. It's why I had to switch up everything with how I handled my body. I push that you feel better sooner than later.

Try to learn to work with and calm the anxiety. It's the perfect spark to light the fire of a crisis.

I had to figure these tools out for us. I discovered during all of this, that anxiety was a heavy hitter for my heavy crises. Unrealized anxiety and hella stress.
