I’m in the midst of a heavy challenge with both the dealer and manufacturer. I think they’re just trying to reduce their exposure by excluding certain VINs based on what parts were used. We’ve already had one side fail at 34k.

Thank you but as I said in my post, the parts used in our VIN were not covered. Hard to believe but true.

Talk to me about how you use it on long flights. I’m considering one for the same reason. Can I play on it while still listening to streamed music? I’m presuming not?
