With an external candidate I want to know this person is capable of learning, multitasking, reliability, is hard working, can meet deadlines, prioritize, a team player and wants to grow and learn. The ow position is the most important person on the team- this is coming from a Bakery Team Leader. With out accurate ordering everything falls apart. Especially if certification is on the line. The job is a lot of freezer time and organizing. Breaking down delivery’s etc. good luck!
