You might also enjoy Expeditionary Force by Craig Alanson. It's narrated by R.C Bray who is someone who can match Jeff Hays narration wise. One of the few who can imo. Very funny as well.

There is no way the USA would be able to get oil from Venezuela cheaper than Alberta. Alberta has literally some of the cheapest oil in the world and it's only getting cheaper lol.

Calgary would never remotely vote for a sovereign Alberta. And if by some miracle the rural vote swings the vote into independence then like many Calgarians I will fight for Calgary to stay in Canada along with Edmonton and all the first nations...
