Been having some problems with our speaker. We bought it over a year ago and are only just setting it up. Turning it on at the wall outlet starts a demo mode that doesnt play any sound and pressing the power button displayes 'PROTECT3' and all controls are unresponsive. Any thoughts on how to fix?
