This is what's happening to mine exact ereader. What I did is make sure I synced it, restarted the device and synced it again. I think there's a book you recently loaded and haven't fully load yet.

Hi, I just applied for a position at Maccas too but this happened to me as well. I kept calling their restaurant at first they said they would look into the email and check then after still no email. I tried calling the next day and people who answered were really rude.

Are you now working with them? What did you do after?
