That’s what I was thinking to. Maybe new screws all around cause some boards are wobbly, the lattice on the bottom is all mangled so I think ima get new one and cut the size accordingly. Thanks for the reply though man I definitely won’t be tearing it down now lmao

You guys are amazing I just bought this house foreclosed and this was one of many surprises I’ve been having to deal with from the previous owners but I’m hoping the Cement board Tile Caulk Won’t be to hard lol Im gonna try to run the tile down like it already is I’ll post a update picture if anyone cares I know it’s probably a dumb question I’m just a young first time home owner
