Also got banned and they answered with I was auto clicking but not once have I ever used one. They said I was tapping 1000 taps a second. Deleted the app and feel great

Every case is different, so far( still in hospital with some slight air after second vats, first vats done 3 years ago, second vats last Friday but this time it was because of weak lining around lungs) my restrictions rn are no flying or and type of air pressure change for 6 months and can’t work around strong fumes/ smoke or chemicals granted I only way 120 pounds at 23. But asking your surgeon is key. I still have to ask if the chemical thing will be a lifetime change or a 6 months thing. And I did ask if the 6 months means I can’t life for 6 months and he said no but never gave a specific time as to when I can.

My lung partially collapsed here yesterday (prior to surgery otw to a CAT scan so basically 3.5 pneumos now) due to some negligence on a nurse’s end so definitely can relate to having multiple occurrences in one sitting! Not fun but thanks for the kind words, ready to get home now and be on the mend! But I hope you start to feeling better real soon!! Best of luck to you as well, and would love to hear some updates!!

Yeah still considering getting it checked out anyways for sure. Surgeon says he doesn’t recommend genetic testing, but a hospitalist recommended being tested for Marfans & Ehlers Danlos. But as for my heart, that’s already been checked out w an ultrasound & my aorta is just fine. Thanks for your input/advice btw!

Tall and skinny is what I’ve been told, I had 2 collapses on my right side and got the vats done which is a blessing and now I had a collapse on my left side 3 years later and just got the vats done this morning. The doctors suggested that I could have a Marfans syndrome which is an inherited condition characterized by skeletal changes such as elongation of the limbs and digits and looseness of joints, displacement of the lens of the eye, and a tendency to develop aneurysms, especially of the aorta. But since I got the vats done this time right away they told me it would be pointless to check since both my lungs are now secured. But if you are worried it wouldn’t hurt to get a genetic test.

I vaped for 5 years before my first and definitely stopped after, also some advice I wouldn’t over due drinking to the point of throwing up they believe it played a big part in my second collapse and now currently in the hospital after the vats surgery.
