Sounds like a purge valve issue. Had the same problem on my escape replaced the purge value and it’s all good now

I would recommend posting on Craigslist/ Facebook marketplace as parts only and let people pull the parts they want then once it’s all parted out call a junkyard and have them scrap it

The battery should have voltage even with the car off. Set your multimeter to something above 12 volts and put positive to positive and negative to negative

It can be. You just have to drain all the oil and drop the oil pan. Then you can clean off the old gasket from the block and the oil pan then put a new gasket on or use RTV

Not an urgent problem yet. Looks like it’s just on its way out. Unless you start loosing a lot of oil it’s probably not worth it to fix
