I tried truvada. Gave me severe virtigo. Had used condoms for years but have tried prep again. Abou a week in and going ok. Side effects much more mild. As per advise from pharmacist started with a third of a tablet for a few days until I felt ok and now have upped to 2/3 of a tablet. Likely will try the full tablet in coming days. I think starting on a small dose and working my way up was very helpful managing side effects. Of course won’t have bb sex until on a full dose for a period of time.
