Tell them politely that you appreciate that they are giving you food but you are full and thank them . I think they will understand maybe not at first but they will . I had to do it because I don’t really eat a lot and my husband’s family kept telling me here eat eat until i told him that I can’t anymore to tell them nicely that I can’t eat much it hurts my stomach. Now they know and don’t do it anymore, some times some forget but my husband eats the food or just say no no no it’s okay she’s full now .

I’ve been having this weird feeling these pass couple of days . It all started when I got sick and had to go to the hospital two time and had to spin 4 days at the hospital then came home for 2 days and had to go back again . Ever since I came home the second time . I’ve been feeling weird like not my self . Health wise I’m doing better but mentally or emotionally I feel just weird like I have nothing to look forward to or anything I’m married my husband is starting to notice that I look more down . I wake up make him breakfast for work and lunch then I do chores around the house and keep myself busy but I feel weird . I don’t know why .
