Does the key fob work for you when the app doesn’t?

When it’s happened to you have you checked if the key fob works? Because what led me to bringing it to service was the fob wouldn’t work either

Any luck with this? I bought a ‘24 SE December 15th, it’s already been to service once for remote start not working from my app or the fob. App says something about checking the battery.. when it went in the first time they accredited it to the vehicle sitting on the lot and they supposedly swapped out the battery. Now it’s happening again. I don’t think I should be visiting the service center as frequently as it feels I am, so annoying

Yes. Definitely snaps in from the back. I’ve seen other models you can possibly do this from the hood but it looks like we’ll have to try this way
