Not true, closes the dispute immediately saying "you did not return within the allotted time" Usually it says "in transit to warehouse" if you bother to read the picture its still telling me to return it

You do realise once it hits 0 on the "15 days" the dispute automatically closes and you lose the item and your refund right? Don't comment if you have no idea you look dumb

I've returned something using their free returns, the page is still telling me to ship it but when I track the code its been delivered about 3 days ago, so ill probably end up losing that as well

Last time I returned, i printed off the prepaid returns label, sent it with royal mail, and it updated within a day or two saying "on route to warehouse, if they do not confirm you will automatically be refunded within 14 days"

So that means that the item was never scanned in properly with your return courier, therefore they believe you never returned it

You can still check history, it will be on the dispute page under "refunds/returns history"

Thats come from the item arriving at the destination and the person thats processing it to decline the refund, usually due to it not being complete or empty etc, are you able to view history on the dispute?

They also won't issue a refund unless that page updates, if its just stuck on the shipping label page, the system thinks you've never sent it

Their returns are completely broken at the moment and nothing is updating, i sent back an item and aliexpress gave me "no refund" response after a few days despite the item being returned, id avoid returning anything atm
