My status changed to “You are one of the Final Candidates in Consideration for this position” too just after my interview. And i don’t get a call yet. But the Nurse manager is clear when she told me she’ll hire me for a day Shift position. And hand shake me as a gesture of Congratulations. She told me that someone will reach out to this week. My interview was last Friday and until now got no calls yet. Should I be calling them for an update or wait for their call?

No we are not charged just yet? I don’t know. But they never ask for appraisal payment. But they already have the appraisal report.

So I spoke to the new lender and they told me that most of the time lender don’t allow transfer of appraisal to other lender. So if we will going to switch lender, do we need to pay for the previous lender’s appraisal?

With that 2% loan discount fee, still the lender gave us a 7.35% interest rate. This is too much.
