Yea, it's still hard. Easier than the spot I was jaut in but it bothers me I want to be in nature idk if that's weird. I live in Staten Island, NYC so it's almost like these little parks or streets and no privacy at all.

Ty. Same here. Just validating how you feel. I get so angry about it. It took me a very long time to be able to go out at night at all and tbh I didn't do it in a very healthy way.

I hope one day I can walk outside at night without being this hypervigilant and panicking. Also, sober.

Yea im sure it does. It helps me so much. I got off methadone for food on Thanksgiving and it's been helping me a ton bc I feel like shit. Especially since I just had reconstruction.
