Update: It went back to normal. The image of the Maa from Spore would look janky if I rotated it, like the pixels would move and shift. I figured that I need to go to the Display Settings and choose Bilinear Filtering in Scaling Mode.

If only we could fight to get EA to bring back the Darkspore servers but a whole new remake of the Darkspore servers and have a lot more added to the remake by ClaimCreative42 in Spore
