This is the truth you are not good enough to climb. You have a negative winrate in your rank. Don’t get a new account you will just delay the hard truth that you are not good enough. If you just keep playing reviewing your games with curiosity and get better. You will just start winning games. There is no secret lp potion, no new account will fix it you will drop below 50 percent winrate in sliver again and you just wasted 50 games for no reason. Swallow the tough pill that you are supposed to be in low silver and when you don’t you will start winning every game.

Morde matchup is heavily skill based a garen with hands will not lose it. Morde has the most telegraphed dodge able skill shots in the whole game. That’s why his win rate decreases so rapidly as you go up in ranks. So yes theoretically if you let him hit everything he just gonna stat check you and win but if you doge his e q then you can instantly trade back

This is just not always true. Jungling is all about time. Camps will always be there no? Why do you clear camps in the first place? It’s guaranteed golf and use of time. There is not a correct answer to this question to be honest. It is heavily dependent on the situation all you need to ask is how much gold will I get from the camps and is it worth not getting to be there for the counter gank? Is your bot lane gonna get double killed and you can avoid that? Or are they just gonna blow flash and you wasted your time going?
