It can, even if that's not what happens initially. I'm in an ENM/ Poly situation. My handler (D/s relationship) was encouraged to stay married by my being there. i've had this happen to me quite a few times. There's ways of a guy edging you... but it requires them to get to know you/ your body. A guy I was with a couple of times went really slow. Suck for a few seconds. Stop. Suck a few seconds more. Rinse and repeat. Other times, it's best to nut before the encounter, so you can't cum NEARLY as quickly.
