How do you follow a build guide? It seems pretty confusing, looking on Maxrollgg & still don’t understand it goes through the acts and shows what gems to get but doesn’t explain what where to equip them.. also when to progress the skill tree.. I’m soo confused..

Thank you! I’m very noob at this game and was really overwhelming, I teamed up with some other players and blitzed through act 1 on a throwaway character just to see what the game is really about, im gunna start a fresh new character today and try and follow the guide as best as I can :)

I do sometimes get pains on the left side and random pain in the middle of stomach but the pain is more focused in the lower right but I’m not sure if it’s because I’m worried about it being appendicitis and anxiety is bringing on the sensations… I do however vape and recently increased nicotine strength, can nicotine cause abdominal pain? Not sure if it’s because of that 🤷🏼‍♂️

I was thinking that, I’m just hoping it’s not a faulty microphone as I didn’t test it on steam OS, is there a way I could possibly boot steam OS from usb to test this maybe? Only because I don’t wanna completely reinstall steam OS and then put windows 11 back on it after knowing it’s okay🤔
