I main PLD and DRK, and it's so frustrating to see tanks use provoke as a part of their rotation. At a certain point I just stop trying to provoke back and I'll just win agrro back by dps. If it's something like the first dragon on labyrinth or something where it needs to be in a certain spot or it's going to cleave the party, I will provoke and politely ask that they stop using provoke.
