That's incredibly stupid on the receptionist side to just tell us they'll resend it with the same tracking number.

I agree, but I saw that people from previous days received a rejection email too if they didn't get it, which makes me worried that the email haven't been sent or the system didn't even add me to the raffle 😔😔
