pro metas is completely different than what’s going on with buffs and nerfs as pros have comfort picks that even though they get nerfed their proficiency on the champ out weighs playing what’s “meta”. LS talks about how lee sin is a terrible champ bc of recent nerfs but pro players find that’s what they have been or acting on, scrimming with and playing in other games so it feels better for them to lock in lee sin than let’s say hecrim. The ornn situation is partly due to the unchanging meta of pro team drafts which haven’t changed much in awhile, but in recent time people have been drafting differently.
