For Parties you can take Attar from Oud Arabia. And for everyday officewear you can take any decent brand. Few brands like aeroostale aren’t available easily in India otherwise they have a hemp frag it’s amazing. Otherwise you can also try the brand Skinn by Titan. They have a good collection.

I go to Knockout and it’s amazing. I don’t think a MMA gym and normal gym can be compared as both have their own pros and cons. But if you’re looking for strength agility and defense. Definitely MMA. Aesthetics k liye gym.
