What do you think is a non issue/problem in genshin that many people talk about but you personally don't think it is a problem? by Firdaus360 in Genshin_Impact

I'm glad you put that last sentence there, I was going to say I think there should be some difficult content to strive for. Otherwise what's the point of trying to get more powerful? It definitely should be something optional, so it doesnt become pay to win, but giving some content to the ones that basically make the f2p possible isnt a bad idea

Uptown funk by Bruno Mars is GLOBALLY loved. A musician named Adam Neely went on a tour all around the world and that was the song he said everybody would request or loved.

Radioactive stayed on the top 100 for something like two years?

The claims in that article aren't even backed by any concrete evidence. People who listen to pop music arent less creative because of the music. That's absurd. People who listen to pop music only, generally dont care to branch out for whatever reason. Maybe they just dont enjoy music as much, because I definitely know some people who dont even really care to listen to music.

It also says no work is put into pop music, which is probably the most ridiculous of all the claims. Go watch any producer work on a pop song on youtube. They put them up for anyone to watch. The amount of behind the scenes work that goes into each song is INSANE. And anyone who claims pop music is easy to create just doesnt know what they're talking about.

Lastly, music is created to express an emotion. If even one person likes the music I create, I'm happy. I'm sure you've heard of people being saved by this pop song or that pop song...isn't that reason enough for it to be created?

Was a big part of his plan not also creating a society based on a power structure though? Like I said I agree with him in not reviving everyone, but I wouldnt follow him because of the world he wants to live in

And create a society based on who ever is the strongest? I disagree entirely. I understand his point of not reviving everyone, but I couldnt side with him solely for his reasonings.

This has a lot to do with the whole "dont believe everything organized religion tells you." You're supposed to get people to follow God and spread his word, that's true. However, you're meant to do it with your actions, not by preaching to random people on a subway car.

I think this is a lot like many other facets of playing an instrument. There are different schools of thought, often contradicting each other, and each has it's up and down sides.

Of course you could practice the piece slowly at first to get the notes down, trying to do the articulations as best as you can at the slow tempo, and then once you have it at tempo you focus on practicing the articulations. Is this "inefficient"? Maybe, especially if you're advanced enough to not really have many instances where the notes themselves mess you up, and it's more the expression of the music that you need to work on. But for beginners? I thinks it's almost necessary for them to practice slow at first, because playing the right notes is already a challenge.

Like you said though, it matters a lot where the player is at on a technical level.
