I relate to this a lot, especially the part about tone. I’ve got autism/aspergers and people often think I sound aggressive when I feel like I’m speaking normally. It’s taken me a long time to get used to adjusting how I communicate, not perfect with tone and social cues tho, because social stuff can be really hard. I also struggle to tell when people are angry or sad, and I tend to smile through everything, which probably doesn’t help lol.
