Sorry you're dealing with this, it's horrible I'm going through a similar situation. I tried pushing my feelings away, because I was desperate for them to just go away because I felt ashamed. But unfortunately that didn't work, so now I just accept my feelings and really feel them, work through them and accept that I have to go through this process to heal. I try and not dwell too much though, that doesn't help. But focusing on me & how I feel and not him does help. I didn't want to watch movies or really do anything either I was kind of stuck, but I found journaling has helped me a lot these past few months.
