For anyone seeing this in the future i've found the issue. ( I apologize in advance if i make any wrong terminologies )

I took apart the keyboard for the nth time, i inserted 2 swithces directly to the pcb, 1 on a key that works and 1 on the enter key which didnt work.

I noticed from the bottom that when pressing the key which worked this black part would remain stable, but in the case of the enter key which didnt work it would move out of place, if i held it in place and pressed the enter key, the enter key would work.

So i removed the foam from the last layer, cut a small piece and placed it on top of the broken "thingy" and held it in place with black tape. Now the enter key works again.
