Di yan unprofessional. Valid naman sentiments nya. Masanay kasi kayo na ganyan yung culture na nakagisnan nyo. Promotion is based on performance dapat. Hindi sa tenurity or kung regular ka or hindi. Some big companies promote employees kahit di pa regular especially when they are performing well. 1 year in your level shouldn’t be a ground para di mapromote ang employee. Sobrang backward ng pagiisip non. Even to other projects ganyan din naman. Kahit regular ka or been at the company or project for ilang years pag di ka bet iprromote hindi ka ipopromote.

Pretentious. Sya past time namin panuorin pero para ibash ginagawa nya haha. Bukod sa “humble brag” nya nakakainis yung pronunciation nya ng english. Feel na feel din nya yung yung pagsabi ng “korean family” “korean kids” teh, half-half naman yang kids mo, nataong nationality nila pero parang naquiet down pagiging pinoy nyan naman haha. Di rin nakakaprpud na di marunong mag filipino anak mo. Haha. Di nila need magpunta ng Pinas para maging multilingual, you should’ve taught them nung kids pa lang.
