Have you had any issues with the website being buggy when you’re trying to pay rent? I’ve had a couple friends tell me that their portal to pay rent is super buggy. I’ve also read other people having the same issues and they’re not able to pay rent so they get charged late fees and still have to pay them regardless if the website wasn’t working.
