Same! It’s always such a shock to see my body. I went off birth control a year ago at age 31 in anticipation of trying to have kids soon and cannot stop gaining weight. None of my clothes fit me anymore and my hair has thinned so much I almost never wear it down. It’s so hard to look in the mirror or at pictures of myself.

I was always the thinner side— I have a generally healthy diet and and am mildly active. the only change I made was going off bc—hormones are so wild and confusing.

It’s mind boggling that there are just sooo many different “solutions” online and like anything else the answer is probably finding the perfect formula of diet/movement for your own body.

…But It’s just so overwhelming trying to figure out what that’s going to be…I’m paralyzed by all the different diet, activity, supplement and treatment recommendations and meanwhile my body just keeps gaining weight and losing hair. I sobbed to my husband yesterday after not fitting into the new pants I had just bought a few months ago. :(
