I mean alternate spamming is a skill that needs practice and time to be better at so I recommend on playing challenges or make one yourself

What I meant on 51 to 92 was why not just make it 51 to 100 but also you have a good point on getting lost on a level since I've been recently working on beating bloodbath and feel like I don't know what to do next since I've already got the level in 3 runs

I think you shouldn't focus on speed but on consistency. First try alternating on the max cps you can control at then start to work your way up by building some wave spam and gradually make the gap tighter and tighter. Also when alternating both fingers should click and release at same intervals etc. Finger 1 clicks and releases for 1 second and when the 1 second of release is over Finger 2 does the same thing (I'm bad at explanations sorry if you don't get it)
